  • Device Information — Device type, operating system, app version
  • Location Data — GPS coordinates (when you grant permission) for church proximity features
  • Usage Data — App activity, feature usage patterns, and crash logs

Information from Third Parties

  • OAuth Providers — Google and Apple provide basic profile information during sign-in
  • Payment Processors — Transaction status and confirmation (we do not receive full card details)

AI and Machine Learning

Our AI features (sermon planner, Bible study, guidance chat, verse card creator) process your prompts through third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI). These prompts are sent securely and are not used to train AI models. We use a self-hosted analytics platform for AI quality tracking, which stores anonymized usage metadata on our own infrastructure.

Video Sessions

Biblical guidance video sessions are facilitated through secure video conferencing infrastructure. Video and audio streams are transmitted in real time and are not recorded or stored by OurHolyLife. Session metadata (date, time, duration, participant names) is stored for scheduling and billing purposes.

The Member app requests location permission to enable church proximity features and location-based services. Location data is:

  • Collected only with your explicit consent
  • Used to match you with nearby churches
  • Not shared with third parties for advertising
  • Revocable at any time through your device settings
