By accessing or using the OurHolyLife platform ("Service"), including our mobile applications (OurHolyLife Member and OurHolyLife Church Admin) and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

OurHolyLife is a comprehensive church management platform that provides:

• •Prayer wall and community features
• •Event management and QR check-in
• •Online giving and donation management
• •Live streaming and sermon management
• •Biblical guidance and counseling sessions
• •AI-powered study and sermon preparation tools
• •Real-time messaging and group chat
• •Worship lyrics synchronization

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google or Apple OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Types

The Service provides different account types: Member (for church congregation members), Church Admin (for pastoral staff and church administrators), and Biblical Guide (for verified counselors providing guidance sessions).

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Church administrators are responsible for managing their church's account, including member invitations, role assignments, content moderation, and subscription management. Church administrators must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction.

Biblical guidance sessions are provided by verified mentors through secure video calls. These sessions are intended for spiritual guidance based on Biblical principles and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Users experiencing mental health emergencies should contact appropriate emergency services.

The Service facilitates online giving through third-party payment processors including UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. OurHolyLife does not directly handle or store payment card information. All donations are processed according to the payment processor's terms of service. OurHolyLife is not responsible for refund disputes; these should be addressed directly with the receiving church or the payment processor.

Users retain ownership of content they submit through the Service (prayers, messages, sermon notes, etc.). By posting content, you grant OurHolyLife a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

The Service includes AI-powered features for sermon preparation, Bible study, verse card creation, and spiritual guidance. AI-generated content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes and should not be considered authoritative theological interpretation. Users are encouraged to verify AI-generated content with established Biblical scholarship.

Church accounts may subscribe to paid plans for enhanced features. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Churches may cancel their subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• •Impersonate any person or entity
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• •Use the Service for commercial solicitation or spam
• •Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• •Upload malicious code or viruses

The OurHolyLife platform, including its design, code, features, and brand assets, is owned by OurHolyLife Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Churches may request export of their data prior to account termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall OurHolyLife Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
